1. Introduction

   These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in prize draws operated by Wimborne Wins (“we”, “our”, “us”).

   By entering any prize draw, whether by paid online entry or free postal entry, you
   agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

   • Entry is open only to individuals who:
     • Are aged Over 18s and BH21 residents only years or over at the time of entry.
     • Have their primary residential address within the BH21 postcode district.
     • Provide accurate and truthful personal information.
     • If individuals enter that reside at a postcode other than BH21, they will be disqualified from the competition and their entry fee will be forfeited
   • Employees, owners and immediate family members of Wimborne Wins may not enter.
   • We reserve the right to request proof of identity, age and address before awarding any prize. This will be in the form of acceptable identification documents listed on the government official website.

3. The Prize Draw

   Wimborne Wins operates promotional prize draws offering cash prizes.

   Each prize draw will display:

   • Prize amount
   • Entry price (if applicable)
   • Closing date (this will always be the day before each draw date)
   • Draw date

   Details for each individual draw form part of these Terms.

4. How to Enter

   Online Paid Entry

   Entries may be purchased via our website.

   Each paid entry will receive the number of entries specified at the time of purchase.

   Successful online entrants will receive confirmation by email.

   Free Postal Entry

   No purchase is necessary.

   Free entries may be submitted by post to:

   Each postal entry must include:

   • Full name
   • Residential address
   • Date of birth
   • Email address
   • Telephone number (optional)
   • Name and date of the prize draw being entered

   Each postal entry must be submitted by 1^st or 2^nd class post.

   1 envelope received equals 1 entry. We will not accept multiple entries contained in the same envelope.

   So as not to be disadvantaged by the cost of postage, if the postage costs more than 1 x entry for a particular prize draw, we will multiply that entry to reach the same level of entries. For example, if the competition costs £1 and the postage costs £2, you will have 2 x entries.

   Entries must be received before the published closing date.

   Incomplete, illegible or duplicate postal entries may be rejected.

5. Equal Chance of Winning

   All valid online and postal entries are entered into the same prize draw.

   Free postal entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as paid entries.

   No preference or weighting is given to paid entries.

6. Draw Procedure

   Following the closing date:

   • All valid entries will be compiled into one draw.
   • Each entry receives an equal chance of selection.
   • The winning entry will be selected at random.

   Where possible, draws will be conducted publicly and may be recorded for transparency.

   Winners may be selected by us, by an independent member of the public or another impartial person.

7. Winner Notification

   Winners will normally be contacted within five working days.

   If a winner cannot be contacted within fourteen days, or fails verification, Wimborne Wins reserves the right to redraw and draw the competition again.

8. Prize Payment

   Cash prizes will normally be paid in cash but a bank transfer can be done if preferred.

   No cash alternative exists where the prize itself is cash.

   Prizes are non-transferable.

9. Verification

   Before payment we may request:

   • Proof of identity
   • Proof of age
   • Proof of BH21 residency

   Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in disqualification.

10. Disqualification

    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel entries where:

    • False information has been supplied.
    • Eligibility requirements are not met.
    • Fraudulent activity is suspected.
    • Multiple identities have been used.
    • Entries breach these Terms.

11. Entry Fees

    Entry fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

    Refunds will not normally be given for unsuccessful entries.

    If a draw is cancelled before completion, entrants will be informed and refunds or alternative arrangements will be made.

12. Publicity

    By accepting a prize, winners agree that Wimborne Wins may publish:

    • First name
    • General area within BH21
    • Prize won

    Photographs, videos and interviews will only be published with the winner’s consent.

13. Privacy

    Personal information is collected solely for:

    • Administration of prize draws
    • Identity verification
    • Contacting winners
    • Legal and regulatory compliance

    Information will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation.

    Personal information will never be sold to third parties.

14. Liability

    Nothing within these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

    Wimborne Wins accepts no responsibility for:

    • Website outages
    • Internet failures
    • Postal delays
    • Lost postal entries
    • Payment provider failures

    except where caused by our negligence.

15. Changes

    We reserve the right to amend these Terms where reasonably necessary.

    Updated Terms will be published on our website.

16. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

    Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
