These Free Postal Entry Rules form part of the Wimborne Wins Terms and Conditions and explain how you may enter our prize draws without making an online purchase.

1. No Purchase Necessary

   You may enter any eligible Wimborne Wins prize draw free of charge by post.
   Free postal entries will be treated exactly the same as paid online entries and will receive an equal chance of winning.

2. Eligibility

   Free postal entries are open only to individuals who:

   • Are aged 18 years or over.
   • Have their primary residential address within the BH21 postcode district.
   • Meet all other eligibility requirements set out in the Wimborne Wins Terms and Conditions.

3. How to Enter by Post

   Each postal entry must be sent individually.

   Each postal entry must clearly include:

   • Full name
   • Residential address
   • Date of birth
   • Email address
   • Telephone number (optional)

   The name of the prize draw you wish to enter and the date i.e. Mid Month Money draw 15th October 2026.
   Each postal entry must be submitted by 1^st or 2^nd class post.
   1 envelope received equals 1 entry. We will not accept multiple entries contained in the same envelope

   So as not to be disadvantaged by the cost of postage, if the postage costs more than 1 x entry for a particular prize draw, we will multiply that entry to reach the same level of entries. For example, if the competition costs £1 and the postage costs £2, you will have 2 x entries.
   Entries must be received before the published closing date.
   Incomplete, illegible or duplicate postal entries may be rejected.

4. Postage

   Entrants are responsible only for the normal cost of posting their entry.
   No special delivery service, tracked postage or premium postal service is required.

5. Closing Dates

   Postal entries must be received at the above address before the published closing date and time for the relevant prize draw.
   Proof of posting does not constitute proof of receipt.
   Late entries cannot be accepted.

6. Number of Entries

   Each correctly submitted postal entry counts as one entry into the selected prize draw.
   Where online purchases permit multiple entries through the purchase of multiple tickets, postal entrants may submit multiple postal entries by sending separate valid entries, each in its own envelope.

7. Equal Treatment

   All valid postal entries are entered into the same draw as online entries.
   Postal entries receive exactly the same chance of winning as paid online entries.
   No priority or weighting is given to either method of entry.

8. Invalid Entries

   We reserve the right to reject postal entries that:

   • Are incomplete.
   • Are illegible.
   • Do not contain the required information.
   • Are received after the closing date.
   • Do not meet the eligibility requirements.
   • Breach the Wimborne Wins Terms and Conditions.

9. Verification

   If selected as a winner, postal entrants may be required to provide proof of:

   • Identity
   • Age
   • Residential address within the BH21 postcode district

   Failure to provide satisfactory verification may result in the prize being forfeited and another winner being selected.

10. Data Protection

    Information provided through postal entries will be processed in accordance with the Wimborne Wins Privacy Policy and used only for administering the prize draw, verifying eligibility and complying with legal obligations.
